About Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers
The Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers (AICB) is the sole professional body for Malaysia’s banking industry with over 32,000 members and growing across 10 countries. The Institute aims to raise professional standards and the level of knowledge and competence of the banking workforce through its professional membership and qualifications. AICB members comprise individual members and corporate members.
AICB is also the only Institute in Southeast Asia approved by the Chartered Banker Institute, UK, to award the Chartered Banker status to qualified members. The Institute continues to support the growth of our members through innovative learning and by advocating professionalism, advancing thought leadership, and facilitating networking opportunities.
With an increase in number of participants the Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers or AICB needed a corporate communication video to be used for all onboardings. The video had to convey the core values of the institute and also deliver the message of the key benefits to the new applicants. The team of Neon was assigned the task of correctly communicating the corporate message of AICB and create a video. The video needed to match the company’s corporate identity guidelines and also meet all the legal and regulatory requirements.
The video was successfully completed to be used for all internal and external communications for AICB. The usage of the video helped AICB to remotely address and communicate their brand promise and capabilities to new markets such as Indonesia, Vietnam and Philippines. This resulted in higher signups for its certification courses both within Malaysia as well other SEA countries.
