About Theta Edge
Theta Edge Berhad is a member of Lembaga Tabung Haji and is one of Malaysia pioneer ICT Service Provider. The Company made its debut on the Second Board of the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange in 1994 and moved to the Main Board in 1999 of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The Group has been in business for more than 30 years.
The Requirement
The launch of the banking software to integrate all aspects of the business under one application, Theta Edge needed to create a stakeholder communication to bring all team members of their key client on board. This required them to develop a video communication along with their key client Bank Rakyat. Neon was commissioned the project to conceptualize, coordinate and execute the project in a timely manner. Â
The Result
The video was used to communicate and educate the entire staff of Bank Rakyat about the change and help them embrace the new methodology with the help of top management communication. This helped in better understanding and acceptance of the newly launched software and reduced onboarding challenges.
